There is no doubt that the ‘Serviced Office’ principle offers a great many advantages to businesses of all sizes – whether you are just starting up an enterprise or looking for a regional office for your long-established company. 

However, what is in doubt is whether the rents being charged at a considerable number of Business Centres make good commercial sense for your particular operations.  In my view, office accommodation is very much like air travel and the over-whelming success of the ‘low cost’ airlines.  Passengers just want to get from A to B as economically as possible – cutting out the costs of in-flight catering and other non-essentials.

Do you need all the office ‘frills’?
