OUR LOCATIONS
Our two buildings have, between
them, over 11,000 sq ft of internal [gross] area:
9,200 sq ft at Shieling House and some 2,000 sq ft at The
Clockhouse. They are totally different in character, location and facilities,
and it is these differences that enable us to cater for a wide cross-section of
tenant needs – but all at a reasonable rent.
Both have been operating extremely successfully as Business Centres since
1987.
Shieling House: This Centre was the subject of a major investment
programme in 2003 to increase office capacity by 40% and to enhance the overall
presentation, both externally and internally.
The Clockhouse: Because of its position and architecture, The Clockhouse tends to have particular appeal tooo professions such as accountants, solicitors, recruitment agencies, computer consultants and others.
