LETTING INFORMATION

OUR PRICES
INCLUDE:
Linen, electricity, cooker gas, constant hot water, central heating [as
required]. Use of tennis court, both swimming pools and bicycles. Linen, with a
weekly change, consists of sheets, duvet cover, pillow cases (4), bath and hand
towels, bath mat and tea cloths - but NO BATHING towels.
RENTAL PERIOD
Bookings
are for a minimum of a week, commencing on a Saturday at 3.30pm.
Arrival time is NO EARLIER THAN 3.30pm. Please contact us if you
wish to arrive later than 7.00pm. Cottages
should be vacated by 9.30am on the day of departure.
CLEANING
Guests
are responsible for cleaning during their stay and leaving their cottage as they
found them on arrival.
In the event that more than the normal time is required to bring the
cottage up to our required
standard, a deduction will be made from the damage deposit.
CANCELLATION
You
must inform us in writing should you have to cancel your holiday. You may pass
on your booking to someone
else with our written agreement, or we will do our best to re-let.
INSURANCE
It
is a condition of letting that you have adequate holiday Insurance for your
personal liability. The
use of the swimming pools and all sports equipment is at your own
risk.
